この情報を元にオススメの玄米を紹介していきますが、その前に補足として玄米の農薬不使用や発芽の可否の重要性などを説明します。
玄米の農薬について
作物は何でも無農薬の方が安全というイメージがあるかと思いますが、玄米は特にその傾向が強いです。
玄米は白米を精米する前の状態で、白米（胚乳）に“胚芽”がついており“ぬか層”に覆われています。
これら胚芽とぬか層が白米にはない玄米の栄養の秘訣ですが、同時に残留農薬が溜まりやすいという面もあるのです。
そのため玄米を安全に食べたいという人には、農薬節減米や無農薬のものが好まれます。
しかし実際には玄米の残留農薬の危険性ははっきりしておらず、病気の実例も見あたりませんし、専門家も「ほぼ安全である」とする声が大半です。
農薬が使用されていてもきちんと検査されているものが大半ですしね。
また無農薬栽培はコストもかかるためどうしても商品の値段も高くなってしまいます。
これらを考慮した上で、「多少高くても無農薬じゃないと安心できない」という人は無農薬の玄米を選びましょう。
玄米の発芽について
玄米には“胚芽”がついていますが、これを発芽させたものが“発芽玄米”です。
通常は玄米を1～2日水に付けたら発芽します。
発芽玄米は通常の玄米よりも栄養価が高まったり、消化しやすくなったり、味が良くなったりする他、玄米の毒性成分“アブシジン酸（発芽抑制因子）”が無毒化されると言われています。
アブシジン酸が直接的に病気に関わるという程ではありませんが、エネルギー代謝に関わるミトコンドリアを傷つけるため、疲れやすくなったり、軽い倦怠感を感じたりするとのこと。
玄米を発芽させることでこれが防げると言われているのです。
しかし全ての玄米が発芽するというわけではありません。
玄米を発芽させたい場合、きちんと発芽できるものを選ぶ必要があるのです。
ただし玄米のアブシジン酸が体に悪いというのは一部の意見で、特に問題はないという声もよく耳にします。
アブシジン酸はナッツや豆類などどんな種子にも含まれている成分ですし、米国環境保護庁（EPA）からは安全と発表されています。
玄米を常食している人でもアブシジン酸について知らない人は多いですし、発芽させずに玄米を食べている人は多いにも関わらずこれが問題となったケースは見かけません。
個人的にはアブシジン酸を無毒化するためだけに発芽できる玄米を選ぶ必要もないのかなと思いますが、気になる人は発芽できる玄米を選びましょう。
それ以外にも発芽玄米にはメリットがあるので、それを目当てに発芽玄米を選ぶのはオススメですが。

まずは安く購入したい人にオススメの玄米をランキング形式で3つ紹介します。
3位：富山県産 コシヒカリ ドリームファームのこだわり米（10Kg、20Kg）
商品自体はとても安いのですが、他とは違いAmazonプライム対象外で送料がだいぶかかってしまいます。
しかしそれでも10Kgや20Kgなら送料を考慮しても安いくらいです。
20Kgを購入すると1Kgあたり460円となり一番安くなるのですが、少量で購入すると若干高いので3位にしています。
また、安いだけでではなく、Amazonの評価の高さやレビューの文章から品質の高さも伺えます。
2位：玄米 秋田県産 あきたこまち（5Kg）
5Kg購入すると1Kgあたり516円となり、少量でも安く買うことができます。
Amazonのレビューの中には「籾殻が多い」「梱包状態が悪い」といったものがありますが、それでも210レビューで平均評価は4.2なので品質に問題ないでしょう。
レビューには発芽している写真もアップされています。
安く購入したい人は候補の一つに挙げてもよいでしょう。
1位：Happy Belly 北海道産 ななつぼし（5Kg）
量は5Kgしか選べませんが、少量の中でも最も安いのがこの『Happy Belly 北海道産 ななつぼし』です。
1Kgあたり496円なので、2位のあきたこまちと比べるとわずかに安くなります。
“農薬節減米”というのも嬉しいポイント。
ちなみに私自身、ななつぼしを毎日食べています。
他の玄米は食べていないので比較はできませんが、白米から切り替えたばかりの頃でも、特に抵抗なく美味しく頂けたのを覚えています。
籾殻は見当たりませんし、発芽もするので不満はありません。
【ケース2】無農薬にこだわる人にオススメの玄米
2位：信州産 農薬不使用米 こしひかり
無農薬の玄米は2つだけ突出して安いものがあったのですが、こちらは評価が若干低かったので2位にしました。
ただ低評価をつけている人は、何故か「除草剤を使っている」「栽培期間外で農薬を使っている」と勘違いしている人ばかりなので、実際の評価はもう少し高いかと思います。
発芽も確認されていますし、味も概ね好評のようです。
1位：信州産 農薬不使用米 ミルキークイーン
こちらの商品は36レビューで星4.8と驚異の高評価です。
農薬使用の玄米よりは値段は高いですが、それでも5Kgで669円/kg、10Kgで578円/kgというのは無農薬の中では安価と言っていいでしょう。
レビューでは低評価のものがないので、 味や品質に問題はないかと思います。

これだけの確率ならじゅうぶん期待できるでしょう。
これを抜きにしてもとても安いのでお試しに買うという場合にもオススメです。
1位：JAS有機栽培米あきたこまち 玄米
54あるレビューの内「発芽した」というのが12あり、「発芽しなかった」というのは1つも見当たりませんでした。
レビューだけを考慮するとこの玄米が一番発芽が期待できるかと思います。
この玄米は無農薬で安心というメリットもありますが、1Kgあたり730円と高めなのが若干ネックです。
